Stock Designs

Lower cost per unit, no tooling or design fee, and immediate sampling from existing collections (Wildlife & Farm Animals, Baby & Infant, Character & Fantasy, Premium Gift). Good for testing a new market or filling a catalogue quickly. Downside: no brand exclusivity — the same design may be available to competitors.

Custom / OEM Plush

Full design control — your character, your proportions, your packaging. Requires 15–25 days for sample development and up to 3 revision rounds, but the resulting product is exclusive to your brand and defensible against copycats. MOQ is typically the same (500 pcs) as stock orders, so custom development doesn't require a bigger commitment — just more lead time upfront.

First-time importers testing demand often start with stock designs under private label (your logo, your packaging, existing plush body). Once a design proves itself commercially, move to a fully custom character for the next production run.
